Welcome to Joyride Jewelry—where salvaged car parts find new life as one-of-a-kind, retro-inspired adornments. Every piece is handmade with care, so we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and in a timely fashion.
Processing Time
Each piece of Joyride Jewelry is crafted and packaged with love. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from our studio in the Mancos, CO. If you need something rushed, reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic U.S. orders:
- All U.S. packages ship USPS
- International orders ship UPS

Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $175
Delivery times vary by location but orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after they are shipped.
We currently ship to the U.S, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, and United Kingdom. International collectors: hang tight—we’re working on expanding worldwide shipping, as this is a new endeavor. Please have patience and contact us with any questions at pyper@joyridejewelry.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives just as intended. However, once the package leaves our hands, we’re at the mercy of the mail gods.

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at pyper@joyridejewelry.com within 7 days and we’ll help sort things out.
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed, but we’ll always do what we can to make things right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to reship it (additional postage may apply).
